BIO: Only recently began working at the foundation as a ethics student, Philips studies under the ethics committee

HISTORY: Little is known about his childhood, he had divorced parents and is the youngest of three siblings. during college he had started studying to become a physiatrist but due to his newly found lack of motivation and general poor education he was unable to continue his study at the school and would be forced to leave unless he would get his grades up before the end of the semester, during what he was hoping to be an uneventful weekend SCP-████ would have breached its containment and Philips would have been one of the main witnesses in the incident researcher ████ would be the one to interview Philips about the incident, Despite it being against the handbook of ethics the researcher would take pity on Philips and instead of termination or making him a d-class the researcher would recruit him to the foundation and allow him to continue his studies while under the supervision of the foundation/while working for the foundation as an ethics student, this however would be struck from his records of when he joined and only a few people know about it.
