HEALTH EVAL: Physically speaking, Philips is well off; he has no known allergies and isn't on any medication. He has no known physically disabling conditions from birth that would prevent him from doing his job, and he has no known history with substance abuse or addiction. He also has no known mental illnesses on his record.

MENTAL ASSESSMENT

EMOTIONAL STATE: On the surface, he seems to be well. However, he's fragile and has a tendency to overthink and panic at small things. He's afraid of being alone and follows others around when lost (be it mentally or physically). Philips has a tendency to be paranoid about the world around him.

BEHAVIOURS: Philips has shown to be kind and caring, jumping at the opportunity to help others and be "usefull". He's sensitive and cries easily and has a tendency to panic easily in stressful situations. He is very loyal to those he trusts, Though he also tends to trust people easily if they seem to know what they're doing, however he naturally has a distrust of those he doesn't know.

CONCERNS: His patterns of putting others' needs before his own have been noted by several coworkers, some of whom have expressed concern that this could lead to burnout or emotional distress if not properly managed. Additionally, his tendency to become anxious or overwhelmed in high-pressure situations has been observed,and could potentially impact performance.
